The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding further refinement of tax and levy administration

The bill (Reg. No. 11285) suggests specifying certain provisions of the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding collection of enterprise income tax, excise tax, as well as use of a simplified taxation system and tax administration system.

The bill provides a number of ways to achieve the abovementioned goals.
